Terms of Service

Last updated September 25, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and DealRouter ("we", "us") about your use of DealRouter. By creating an account or using DealRouter, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use DealRouter.

1. A free beta

DealRouter is in beta and free to use. Features, marketplaces, and allowances may change, pause, or stop, and the service may be interrupted or unavailable. We may end the beta at any time.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old and in the United States to use DealRouter. Use one account, keep access to its email address secure, and do not forward your sign-in links. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has used it.

3. Listings come from other marketplaces

DealRouter finds listings posted on third-party marketplaces and shows those near your route. We do not sell, own, inspect, or guarantee any item, and we are not a party to, agent in, or guarantor of any transaction between you and a seller. Listings can be inaccurate, out of date, already sold, or unlawful, and the locations and distances we show are estimates, often based on a seller's city.

Check the price, availability, condition, seller identity, and legality of any item directly with the seller and the marketplace before you travel or pay. Your purchase is governed by that marketplace's terms. Meet sellers in safe, public places. Marketplace names belong to their owners; showing a marketplace's listings does not mean it endorses DealRouter.

eBay listings are shown under the eBay API License Agreement. Your use of eBay content through DealRouter is subject to that agreement as it applies to eBay content, eBay Inc. is a third-party beneficiary of these terms as they apply to eBay content, and your permission to view eBay content through DealRouter may be revoked at any time. eBay is a trademark of eBay Inc. DealRouter is not affiliated with or endorsed by eBay.

4. Routes are estimates

Routes, distances, and travel times are estimates for planning and are not turn-by-turn navigation. Follow road signs, traffic laws, and conditions, and do not use DealRouter while driving.

5. Allowances

Your plan's search, route, and location-lookup allowances are shown on the Account page, and we may change them. Do not try to get around them, for example by using several accounts, deleting and re-creating an account, or rotating network addresses.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

7. Other services

DealRouter links to and relies on services we do not control, including marketplaces and mapping providers. Their terms and privacy policies govern your use of them, and we are not responsible for their content or actions.

8. Our service and your feedback

We give you a personal, limited, non-transferable, revocable permission to use DealRouter for your own non-commercial trip planning under these terms. We and our licensors keep all other rights. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without any obligation to you.

9. No paid plans during the beta

DealRouter is free during the beta and does not take payment. If we offer paid plans later, we will show their price, renewal, and cancellation terms before you can buy, and add them here.

10. Ending your use

You can stop using DealRouter and delete your account at any time from the Account page. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if your use creates risk or legal exposure for us or others, or if we stop offering DealRouter. Where reasonable, we will tell you first. Sections 3, 4, and 7 through 15 continue to apply after your access ends.

11. Disclaimers

DealRouter is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, and any warranty that listings, routes, or distances are accurate, complete, or current, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from DealRouter or these terms. We are not liable for items, sellers, marketplaces, transactions, travel, or meetings arranged through listings you find. Our total liability for all claims about DealRouter is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US $50. Some places do not allow these limits, so they apply to you only as far as the law permits.

13. Your responsibility

To the extent the law allows, you will cover our reasonable losses and costs from claims by others arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of DealRouter.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and by applicable US federal law. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any dispute informally. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection laws that cannot be waived.

15. Changes and general terms

We may update these terms. We will post changes here with a new date and, for material changes, tell you by email or in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use DealRouter after that means you accept the new terms. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between us about DealRouter. If part of them cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a term is not a waiver. You may not transfer these terms; we may transfer them as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
